Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By registering with 75bad, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
Section 1 — Introduction and Applicability

75bad ("we", "us", or "the platform") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the terms of the agreement between you ("user" or "player") and 75bad.
These Terms apply to the website, mobile site, and all services of 75bad. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also an integral part of these Terms.

Other Eligibility Requirements
- Each individual may open only one account.

- Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.
- The platform may not be used from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Persons who have been banned from gaming due to mental health conditions may not use the platform.
- 75bad employees may not place bets on their own accounts.

75bad may carry out identity verification at any time to ensure a safe environment. This verification is typically required before a withdrawal or when certain transaction limits are exceeded.

- Documents proving ownership of the payment method.

Account Suspension and Cancellation
75bad may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or collusion (coordinated cheating).
- Providing false identity or age information.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Deposit Rules
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules
75bad generally takes no more than 1 hour to process a withdrawal request. However, additional time may be required in the following situations:

- Security review due to an unusual amount or pattern.
- Technical issue with the bank or payment provider.
- Withdrawal is subject to completion of bonus wagering requirements.

Section 5 — Bonus and Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to a maximum of ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to activate this bonus:
- A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
- A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to activate the bonus.
- Each player may benefit from the welcome bonus only once.
- The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.
- Restrictions on using the bonus on certain games may apply.
General Bonus Policy
- Bonuses may not be combined with multiple promotions unless explicitly stated.
- 75bad reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

- Separate conditions apply for winnings earned using a bonus to become withdrawable.
- Cashback and other benefits under the VIP program are governed by separate rules.
VIP Program
The 75bad VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on regular play:

Section 6 — Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a network error, we will verify the system record.
- Your account must have a sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet.
- Any unusual winnings displayed due to a software error are not valid.
- "Arbitrage" or "collusion" as betting strategies are prohibited.
Special Sports Betting Rules
- Live betting odds may change after an event has started.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.
- Results will be determined in accordance with the decision of the recognized sports authority.
- Betting on BPL, T20, IPL, and ICC tournaments is governed by the relevant rules.
- If match-fixing or the use of insider information is suspected, the bet will be void.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Collecting bonuses and promotions using multiple accounts.
- Coordinating with other players to create artificial results.
- Using hacking or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Termination of Agreement
